DENVER (AP) — The University of Colorado Denver is launching a program designed to help military veterans find jobs and move into leadership roles as they return to civilian life.
The “Boots to Suits” program will include internships, job placement and mentoring by business leaders.
The university is announcing the program Thursday.
CU Denver says it has more than 700 student veterans and expects that number to triple in the next three years.
