DENVER (CBS4) – Hundreds of restaurants will be vying for business and taste buds over the next 2 weeks. Many of those restaurants and chefs are now following the food rules and insights of Michael Pollan.
Pollan will be in Denver next week and CBS4 Critic at Large Greg Moody got a preview.
“The New York Times once called Michael Pollan a liberal foodie intellectual — three dirty words if I’ve ever heard them,” Moody said. “But hear what he has to say, take a look at your plate tonight, and you begin to wonder ‘Just what am I eating?'”
