Backstage At Rock Opera 'American Idiot' Can Be Crazy
DENVER (CBS4) - With the rock opera "American Idiot," the energy and madness on stage is one thing. Making it all happen backstage -- without a major collision -- is quite another.
CBS4 Critic at Large Greg Moody got the chance to see how it all happens.
"I'm always fascinated by what happens backstage during a show. People run off, costumes are changed, sets are moved, and there is nary a traffic cop in site," Moody said. "And with a high-energy show like 'American Idiot,' it takes choreography, a lack of embarrassment, and the ability to see in the dark."
