Reward Offered To Catch Colorado Pawn Shop Burglar
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) -- Federal officials say a $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for burglaries of Qwik Cash Pawn in Colorado Springs.
The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is helping Colorado Springs police investigate the case because the shop is a federally licensed firearm dealer.
Investigators say seven firearms were stolen from the shop on June 27. The store was burglarized again Feb. 5, when 10 firearms were stolen.
Investigators said Tuesday the burglaries may be related.
