Man Arrested For Hit & Run Accident

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police have arrested the man they believe was the driver in a hit-and-run accident that left another driver seriously hurt.

Police say Jesus Obeth Armenta rear-ended another vehicle Saturday at 2nd Avenue and Federal and sped off. The other driver lost control and smashed into another vehicle.

Police found the hit-and-run vehicle Sunday morning and then arrested Armenta. He's being held for investigation of vehicular assault and felony hit-and-run.
