Limon Hit Hard By Storm, Hotels Full
LIMON, Colo. (CBS4) - Colorado's Eastern Plains were hit hard on Friday by the major winter storm that's dropping a foot or more of snow in many areas.
One area where things were mostly at a standstill Friday was Limon. Interstate 70 in Limon was closed to traffic and truckers -- as well as a CBS4 crew -- were virtually trapped in the small town.
State officials said parking lots and hotels in the town were full.

Many people in Limon were lining up at the town's only grocery store on Thursday afternoon grabbing milk, eggs and more. The store was having trouble keeping the shelves stocked.
