DENVER (CBS4)- Sports Authority Field is making changes to its lighting plans. They are scaling back how long the lights will stay lit after dark.

The new proposal calls for keeping the lights on from dusk until midnight or 45 minutes after an event.

The original plan was to keep the lights on from dusk until dawn.

Some people who live in the neighborhood complained the bright lights kept them up at night and obstructed their views of the city.
