Frontier Airlines Wants To Reconnect With Denver

DENVER (Denver Business Journal) – New Frontier Airlines CEO David Siegel comes to the Denver airline with two main goals: prepare the company for new ownership and reconnect it in a substantial way with the city where it launched.

Bryan Bedford, president and CEO of Frontier parent company Republic Airways Holdings Inc., introduced Siegel Thursday as Frontier’s chief executive -— the first person to hold that title since Republic bought Frontier out of bankruptcy in October 2009. Since then, the airline primarily has been run out of Republic’s Indianapolis headquarters.
