Denver City Council Votes To Ease Up On Red Light Ticket Fines
DENVER (CBS4) - The Denver City Council voted to ease up on its fines for some drivers ticketed for stopping at intersections with red light cameras, but rolling into the intersections.
CBS4 Investigator Rick Sallinger reported on how drivers who stopped but crossed over the white line in crosswalks still got a $75 ticket.
On Tuesday evening the council voted to drop that fine to $40. They will also consider giving warnings to first-time violators.
