Gunman Shoots Into Crowded Bingo Parlor

DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver are searching for a gunman who barged into a crowded bingo parlor and fired a shot Friday night.

It happened at about 8: 30 p.m. at Barry's Bingo near Federal Boulevard and West Jewell Avenue.

No one was hurt in the shooting. The suspect ran away.

Police kept some bingo players inside the bingo hall for more than an hour after the shooting to interview witnesses.

Police aren't sure what the motive behind the shooting was since the gunman ran away after firing the weapon.
