ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) – Attorneys for Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife have won their latest court battle.

TMZ will not be able to broadcast Brooke Mueller’s court appearance in Aspen set for later in January.

Mueller is charged with cocaine possession and assault stemming from a fight at a night club last month.

The judge said television cameras would have “detracted from the dignity of the court.”
