Broncos’ Super Fans Get Ready For The Playoffs

DENVER (CBS4)– Most Denver Broncos fans are getting excited about Sunday’s playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but some “super fans” support their team all year long.

Those who can’t go to the game at Sports Authority Field at Mile High have some big plans for watching the game at home. Josh Stacy lights candles as part of his game day ritual. Over the past 18 years, he’s built a shrine to the team.

“Stuffed animals, a collector’s ball from 2005, a John Elway Hall of Fame pin from 2004, license plates,” said Stacy as he detailed the items on his shrine.

“I think this time the game is going to be great. As long as they release Tebow to let him do what he needs to do they’ll be fine,” said Stacy.

The Denver Broncos host the Pittsburgh Steelers at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Sunday. Kickoff is 2:30 p.m. If you can’t make it to the game, watch all the action and post game interviews on CBS4.
