Creative Ideas For Saving Money On TV Viewing

DENVER (CBS4) - Get ready to see the cable bill head higher this month. Comcast subscribers will see the higher rates this month and rates will go up next month for DIRECTV customers.

The increase could be up to 4 percent depending on the plan.

CBS Money Saver Suzanne McCarroll found creative ideas from Facebook fans on saving money on TV viewing.

"On Facebook we asked one simple question -- with increasing cable rates, are any of you finding creative alternatives? We got dozens and dozens and dozens of ideas," McCarroll said.
