Confidential Informants To Be Revealed In Pat Sullivan Case

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) - There was a victory for former Arapahoe County Sheriff Pat Sullivan in court on Wednesday.

A judge said prosecutors must reveal the confidential informants police used in their investigation.

Sullivan is accused of trading sex for meth.

CBS4 first reported the arrest and the continuing investigation revealed police had been investigating him for almost a year.
