DENVER (CBS4) – Police are investigating what looks to be Denver’s first murder of the year.
On Sunday just after midnight a woman died after being shot in the chest. On Tuesday police arrested Kevin Andrew Carter, 49, in Arapahoe County in connection with the crime.
Carter is being held on investigation of first-degree murder. The name of the victim has not been released.
