DENVER (CBS4) – It’s been 2 1/2 years since Michael Jackson passed away, but his memory and his music continue to captivate audiences around the world.
Critic at Large Greg Moody previewed a new show coming to the Pepsi Center that combines Jackson, his music and Cirque Du Soleil.
“For fans of both — or either — it’s an amazing ride,” Moody said. “I’m rather surprised that it took this combination this long to get off the ground as it just seems so right — a mash up of visuals and music — Jackson’s love of dance and fantasy, creative magic and nature. Cirque and Michael are a natural performance fit.”
The show runs this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Pepsi Center.
