DENVER (CBS4) – A broken water pipe turned a street into a lake on Saturday in Denver.

The break happened at the intersection of University Boulevard and Buchtel, near the University of Denver campus.

Denver Water crews were able to get the water turned off but streets remained flooded late Saturday night.
