NEDERLAND, Colo. (CBS4) – Strong winds rocked some areas of the Front Range Wednesday.
Wind gusts reach speeds as high as 73 mph in Nederland.
“The combination of a very strong upper level jet stream blasting over the northern Rockies and passing cold fronts will enhance winds into Thursday afternoon,” CBS4’s Dave Aguilera said on Wednesday night.
CBS4’s Dominic Garcia reported live from Nederland and Gold Hill on Wednesday night where driving conditions were dangerous with the blowing snow.
