MILLIKEN, Colo. (CBS4) – An autopsy is under way on a badly burned body found after a house fire in Milliken on Wednesday.
The person was so badly burned that investigators said they couldn’t tell if the victim was a man or a woman.
Two pets also died in the fire.
Investigators from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and local fire departments said they don’t know what started the fire yet.
The home is located on 222 S. Ethel Avenue.
