BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — Andre Roberson scored 18 points and Carlon Brown added 15 as Colorado beat Cal State Bakersfield 70-64 on Monday night.
Spencer Dinwiddie added 13 points and Austin Dufault had 10 for the Buffaloes (6-4).
Robert Hayes scored 13 and Stephon Carter had 12 for Bakersfield (5-6), which has lost four straight.
The Roadrunners led by two early in the second half when Colorado took control. Roberson’s steal and dunk sparked a 10-0 Buffaloes run that gave them a 37-29 lead with 15:19 left.
Hayes hit a layup to pull Bakersfield within 47-41 midway through the second half before Colorado pulled away.
Brown scored on a tip-in and Sabatino Chen hit consecutive layups to give the Buffaloes a 55-43 lead with 4:27 left.
