Wanted Breckenridge Lawyer Headed Back To Colorado
DENVER (CBS4) - Breckenridge attorney Royal "Scoop" Daniel is now on his way back to Colorado to face charges.
Daniel is wanted in Colorado for allegedly taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from clients in real estate deals. He was arrested last week at the San Diego border after spending 4 1/2 years on the run in Mexico.
Daniel was released from the San Diego County Jail on Monday and is being extradited to Summit County.
It's not clear when he will make his first court appearance.
