Jimmy ‘V’ Foundation Grants CU Cancer Center $100,000

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – The University of Colorado Cancer Center just received a $100,000 grant in memory of two beloved basketball coaches.

The Jimmy “V” Foundation and the Kay Yow Cancer Fund made the donation to help prevent breast cancer in young women.

Both Jim Valvano and Kay Yow coached at North Carolina State and lost their battles with cancer.

    The grant money given to the Colorado Cancer Center to help the prevent breast cancer in young woman is an amazing opportunity to help the fight against breast cancer. I definitely recommend taking a look at these great techniques and help the fight against breast cancer.
