Water Line Repair In Aurora Causing Traffic Delays
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- Crews with Aurora Water were repairing a water line on Potomac Avenue between 6th Avenue and Hoffman Boulevard in Aurora Friday evening.
The road closures as a result of the repairs caused some traffic delays during the evening commute.
Potomac Avenue between 6th and Hoffman Boulevard was restricted to one outer lane in each direction during repairs. The lane closures were expected to be in place until 6 p.m.
Water was not shut off to any surrounding buildings. What caused the water line break has not been determined.
