Man Accused Of Planting Bomb At Southwest Plaza To Plead Guilty
DENVER (CBS4) - CBS4 has learned the man charged with planting an explosive device at Southwest Plaza Mall will plead guilty.
Attorneys for Earl Albert Moore have entered a "change of plea" notice in federal court.
The device went off inside the mall last April. It caused little damage and nobody was hurt. It happened on the same day as the Columbine High School shootings anniversary.
In a letter to CBS4 Moore said there was no connection to Columbine.
