DENVER (CBS4)- Former Denver Bronco Terrell Davis is in Denver this week, volunteering with Food Bank of the Rockies to help feed hungry families.
He was filling baskets to help those who may not otherwise have a Thanksgiving dinner.
CBS4′s Gary Miller interviewed Davis about volunteering. Watch the entire interview below.
The Broncos all-time leading rusher has his own barbecue sauce, Mile High Salute Bar-B-Que Sauce.
Part of the proceeds from the sauce sales will benefit Davis’ Salute the Kids Foundation’s Pallets for a Purpose and the Food Bank of the Rockies.
Food Bank of the Rockies is a non-profit organization that distributes nearly 36 million pounds of food to 800 partner agencies.
