Man Killed In Accident On C-470 In Jefferson County
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A driver was killed after an accident on westbound C-470 near Morrison Road Wednesday afternoon.
A man was found lying outside a tractor trailer.
Police believe the man was the driver of the semi and was attempting to fix a possible air leak on the suspension of the trailer. It's believed he got under the trailer and in the process the trailer slowly lowered on him and crushed his body.
The cause is still under investigation.
Police haven't released the victim's name but said he's from New Mexico.
