2 Denver Officers Cleared In Deadly Shooting At Strip Mall

DENVER (CBS4) - The Denver district attorney's office says no charges will be filed against two officers involved in a deadly shooting.

In October officers were called to a strip mall at 14th and Krameria. Two men were trying to rob a cell phone store. One pointed a gun at a bystander's head and tried to steal his car.

The district attorney's office says Mark Sepulveda raised his gun at one of them so they fired.

The district attorney's investigation says the officers were justified in using deadly force and should be commended.
