Lombardi: Paterno Should Never Be Allowed To Coach Again

The child sex abuse scandal emerging at Penn State is what you call "institutional failure," Vic Lombardi says.

In his latest Vic's Signature segment, Lombardi said it starts with Joe Paterno, the long-time head football coach.

"This happened on his watch," Lombardi said. "Coaches have been fired for lesser reasons. Rick Neuheisel lost his job at Washington for participating in an NCAA office pool. Jim Tressel got dumped by Ohio State because some of his players got tattoos. Do we even need to waste our breath comparing that stuff to this?
