I know this person, and I can personally say that he did this because of his mother Kathie Nelson. I spoke to Joey on his porch and he told me that he loved his mother, but he couldn’t stand her and her drunken rages. She is married to a man in prison, but cheating on him with her boyfriend in Clifton named Gary whom she says the only reason she is with him is for his money. She gets drunk and screams at the top of her lungs to her daughter over little things like doing the dishes and cleaning the house. Kathie Nelson is on probation for DUI, she has a breathalyzer on her car, she drives drunk and has her 10 year old daughter blow into the breathalyzer so she can drive. His mother is such a drunkard that she drove Joey to kill his sisters dog. My nephew was witness to the crime and he tried to stop Joey. The family knew this and was told not to tell Jaeda or the grand mother because Kathie didn’t want her daughter or grand mother to know the truth. The truth that she is a bad mother, she raised a son that would do this crime and how shes making her daughter turn into someone just like her. This is not a hate message, this is the truth. I called 911 on Kathie Nelson after she hit me in her drunken rage. I never touched her. I went into the other room and called 911 on her and the dispatch has the recorded tapes of Kathie Nelson in her drunken rage. Joey is a good kid, he has just been under the stress of his fathers murder, losing his grand father, and seeing his family fall into Kathie Nelson’s lies and deceit. Kathie Nelson owes her cousin $1,500 for bills, alcohol, cigarettes, car payment, car insurance, ect ect ect. on a personal loan that she now says never happened and that she owes nothing. She is now being sued and attempts to collect have been made. Kathie Nelson knew where her son was at and that is felony for harboring a fugitive. Kathie Nelson is a drunken alcoholic who uses people to get what she wants. She lies to her family and tells lies about me, well I’m here to tell the TRUTH about her. And the truth hurts. Kathie Nelson hid the truth from her daughter and lied saying that Cinco De Mayo was hit by a car. She lies to her probation officer when shes asked if she has been drinking and why she always just happens to come down to at the last minute before the office closes to do her breathalyzer test. She comes in very last so that shes got more time to let the alcohol pass through her system. I know the specifics of what happened and this is not some random hate mail. Jaeda Coppers dog was killed because of the way Kathie Nelson raised her kids and her lack of a motherly instinct. She is a bad mother and every time I came over to 311 Ceder Street in Orchid Mesa, the house reeked of a horrible stinch where Kathie’s Cousin and myself had to spend Two hours cleaning up the place just so we could sit down and breath. Kathie leaves her back door open all the time and leaves her daughter alone all by herself, while Kathie Nelson goes to Clifton to get drunk with her boyfriend and that is child neglect. Joey Nelson killed that dog because that is what he wanted to do to his mother and his sister.
