Man Killed While Trying To Cross Interstate 25
DENVER (CBS4) - Low visibility and snowy conditions could be to blame in an accident that killed a man trying to cross Interstate 25 near Colfax Avenue.
Police shut down several lanes of the highway for hours after the accident, which happened at 9:30 p.m.
Police haven't said why they believe James Weiner of Denver was on the highway.
An autopsy was performed on Weiner, 41. The Denver Medical Examiner said he died from blunt force trauma.
The driver was cooperating with police.
