Iraq War Veteran Faces Charge Of Harassment

LOVELAND, Colo. (AP) – An Army veteran of the war in Iraq has been arrested in connection with a domestic violence, nearly two months after he pleaded guilty to sexual assault on a child in a separate case.

The Loveland Reporter-Herald reports police arrested 41-year-old Dennis Glenn Herbst on Sunday night on suspicion of misdemeanor harassment. His bond was set at $5,000.

Earlier this year, Herbst pleaded guilty earlier in a separate case to attempted sex assault on a child and sex assault.
