Boulder Police Search For Early-Morning Attacker

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Boulder are investigating an early morning attack involving a young woman walking alone.

It happened in the area of Bighorn and Star Lane at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday. The Boulder woman told police that a man driving by exited his car and attempted to sexually assault her.

The suspect is described as white, 20-40 years old, six-foot to six-foot-two, heavy set, bald, wearing a light-colored button-down shirt and black pants.

The suspect was driving a yellow sedan that appeared to be a taxicab. He drove away from the scene in that car.

The victim was treated and released at a local hospital.
