School Board Member Arrested In Sexual Assault Case
ELLICOTT, Colo. (CBS4)- Former Ellicott District 22 school board member Stefanie Dickinson, who was accused last month of sexting a student, was arrested again Wednesday.
She's in jail on $25,000 bond.
El Paso County Detectives said they arrested Dickinson, 37, Wednesday at about 1:30 p.m.
According to court documents, Dickinson was charged with an offense that allegedly happened in June of 2008. The charges are sexual assault on a victim under the age of 15 by a person in a position of trust. That is considered a class 3 felony.
In September, Dickinson was charged with internet luring of a child with intent to exploit, a felony. According to court documents, she sent explicit and provocative messages between August 27 and September 2.
She resigned from the school board on September 23.
Deputies are also asking that anyone with information on this case or any other involving Dickinson is asked to call Detective Mark Pfoff at 719-520-7142.
