Broncos' McBean Accused Of Stalking, Turns Self In

DENVER, Colo, (CBS4) - A Denver Bronco has posted bond after being accused of stalking.

Denver police say Ryan McBean turned himself in to authorities on Saturday. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond. He's hired defense attorney Harvey Steinberg.

Police are not giving details of the alleged stalking but they say it is a domestic incident.

McBean is a defensive tackle in his third year with the Broncos.

Head coach John Fox says he is aware of the accusations and will wait for the legal process to play out before determining any discipline for McBean.

"We're aware of it. We're gathering information. We'll let the legal process run its course. At this point we're gathering information and hopefully the facts," Fox said.

He is scheduled for court on Oct. 28. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison.
