CU Chancellor Wants Car-Free Campus

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- The University of Colorado chancellor wants students to walk or ride their bike to class. He wants the Boulder campus to go car free.

Phil DiStefano believes it's a matter of safety. He envisions off-campus parking and a shuttle system.

DiStefano said he already relies on the bus on days he doesn't have off-campus meetings.
