Separate Hearings Scheduled For Doughtery Siblings

WALSENBURG, Colo. (AP) - The Dougherty siblings are due in court for separate court hearings where they're might enter pleas to Colorado charges.

Twenty-nine-year-old Lee Grace Doughtery is scheduled to appear before a judge Oct. 31. Brothers 26-year-old Dylan Stanley-Dougherty and 21-year-old Ryan Edward Dougherty are scheduled to appear before a judge Nov. 28.

All three previously appeared in court together.

The three face five counts each of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault, as well as other felony charges related to a high speed chase and what authorities say is a shootout during their capture Aug. 10.

A judge last week ruled authorities had enough evidence to place the three on trial.

Ryan Dougherty told authorities they were headed to Mexico to elude authorities following criminal cases against two of them.
