Report: Interstates In Denver Among Country's Most Congested
DENVER (Denver Business Journal) - Three of the most congested highway bottlenecks in the country are in the Denver area, and a fourth is in Colorado Springs, according to a report released by the American Transportation Research Institute.
The Alexandria, Va.-based group and the Federal Highway Administration compiled the report, which focuses on "freight significant highways" where congestion impedes the flow of freight traffic. The report listed the 250 worst bottlenecks.
