Greg Moody Sorts Out Netflix Split For Customers

DENVER (CBS4) – Netflix is making more even more changes. The company will now separate its DVD by mail business from its movie streaming services online and subscribers are getting an apology straight from the CEO.

Reed Hastings sent customers an email Monday morning addressing customer concerns about all the changes.

“I messed up. I owe you an explanation. Our view is with this split of the business, we will be better at streaming, and we will be better at DVD by mail,” Hastings wrote.
