JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- Jury selection began Thursday in the trial of Bruco Eastwood. He is accused of the shooting at Deer Creek Middle School in February 2010.

Witnesses said Eastwood opened fire on students at the school. Two 8th graders were hurt.

Teachers tackled Eastwood and held him down until police arrived at the school.

Eastwood entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity in February. Jury selection is expected to last a few days.
