Girl Who Lost Legs Hopping A Train Moved To Utah
DENVER (CBS4) - The Colorado State University student who lost part of her legs trying to jump a train is now in Utah.
Anna Beninati is now in a rehab facility near her home town. The 17-year-old had been treated at Denver Health Medical Center. The hospital gave CBS4 a picture of Beninati along with three of her friends.
Beninati and three men tried to hop on a train in Longmont. They planned to ride to Fort Collins. Two of the men have been cited for trespassing.
Longmont police say they will not ticket Beninati. They say she's been through enough.
