BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – CBS4 has done several stories about people involved in extreme “couponing.” But it turns out one Colorado city has the least amount of coupon clippers in the entire country.

ShopAtHome.com says Boulder has just been named the least frugal city in America when it comes to using coupons. Houston has the highest percentage of coupon clippers.

Researchers say 78 percent of U.S. shoppers used coupons last year and the average household redeems eight coupons every month.
