Woody Creek Man Accused Of Ramming Vehicle

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - A Woody Creek man faces charges of menacing and criminal mischief after he allegedly rammed his truck repeatedly into another vehicle in a dispute over trespassing.

A Pitkin County deputy said Chad McIntyre, 50, was arrested after the victim called police. McIntyre was also accused of driving under the influence and posted an $8,500 bond Wednesday.

According to the Aspen Daily News, the victim told police he was looking for the Red Canyon trailhead when he got lost and McIntyre began ramming his vehicle.
