ASPEN, Colo. (AP) – A problem bear is prompting the U.S. Forest Service prohibit tents and soft-sided trailers at a campground east of Aspen.
Officials say the order at the Difficult Campground will remain in place until further notice because a black bear has gone into tents looking for food.
District Wildlife Biologist Phil Nyland says the bear has not previously been a problem.
