DENVER (CBS4) - If you'd like to lose weight or cook more nutritional meals for your family, you may have thought about meeting a nutritional counselor.

Such meetings can be expensive, but Money Saver Suzanne McCarroll found a place where you can have one-on-one meetings with a nutritionist at no charge: Vitamin Cottage.

The first meeting is free and you can come back and do follow up counseling when needed.

A nutritionist can generally cost anywhere from $45 to $120 an hour.
