West Nile Virus Turns Up In Boulder County

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Mosquitoes have tested positive for West Nile Virus in Boulder County.

Health officials in Boulder County have trapped mosquitoes in Louisville and Lafayette. The trapped tested positive for West Nile.

Health officials are warning residents to protect themselves by eliminating standing water around their homes.

Mosquitoes have also tested positive for West Nile Virus in Weld, Logan and Adams Counties.
