DENVER (CBS4) – The former head of Denver’s Hispanic Chamber of Commerce was charged with third degree assault on Thursday.
Jeffrey Campos resigned as president of the chamber last week. That’s when he was arrested following a report of domestic violence.
The arrest affidavit in the case is sealed so other details of the charges have not been released.
Campos is now out on bail.
