GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (CBS4)- The Mesa County Sheriff claims that Dog the Bounty Hunter used too much pepper spray on a fugitive which left people in the sheriff’s office reacting to the chemicals.

Duane “Dog” Chapman used pepper spray to subdue a fugitive then brought him into the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office.

Employees said the man was brought into the office without being decontaminated.

Deputies claim the surveillance video backs up their claim. It shows people having coughing fits after the fugitive was brought in.

Chapman and his wife claim the suspect was cleaned and fed before they handed him over to authorities.

    Ok, the man’s name is “Dog”, that tells you something right there. I would pull out his hair extentions if he came after me. He also is a conviced criminal.

    @denvervet
    What is “conviced” ?

    The only reason why people are complaining is because Dog is on tv. If the stupid idiot didn’t jump bail than he wouldn’t of met Dog and the dog pound.
