Boulder Police: Suspect Charged Thousands On Stolen Credit Card In 1 Hour
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Thousands of dollars in purchases were made on a stolen credit card in just an hour and police in Boulder hope the public can help find the culprits.
Police released a sketch of the suspect on Tuesday. Investigators say the man distracted a woman shopping at a Marshall's store by asking her about toy recalls. That's when another person stole her wallet from her shopping cart.
The victim's credit card was used at a Target and an Apple Store.
