VAIL, Colo. (CBS4) – The artist Christo is in Vail this week. He’s set to speak at the Vail Symposium for the Summer Arts in Education lecture on Tuesday.

Christo is best known for his proposed art project called “Over the River,” which will suspend fabric panels over a 42-mile stretch of the Arkansas River.

Christo will speak about creating public works of art.
