Suspect In Drug Theft Case Found Napping In Car

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) - A nap led to an the arrest of a Westminster robbery suspect.

Police believe Paul Webb stole narcotic pain pills from a Walgreens store at 100th and Wadsworth Boulevard. Officers say he showed a handgun and demanded the pills.

An officer driving by noticed Webb sleeping in the car and thought he matched the man seen in surveillance pictures.

At the time of the robbery employees noticed the man bleeding.

Police originally thought Webb might have shot himself with the weapon but it just turned out that he had a cut on his hand.

At the time of his arrest police say it appeared Webb was drugged in some way.
